Is there a fixed trade discount or minimum order?
There is no published fixed discount or minimum order for enquiries. Any project pricing or product-specific minimum quantity is confirmed in your written quote. Sending an enquiry does not create an order or reserve stock.
Can I request custom lighting or furniture?
Yes. Tell us what you would like to change. We review feasibility with our manufacturing partners before offering a quote. See Customization for the information to include.
Where do project orders ship from?
Orders ship from China after inspection. We serve the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Handling, transit, delivery services and applicable import charges are explained in our Shipping Policy and confirmed for any order requiring a different service.
Which return terms apply?
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, the 30-day window for eligible standard goods and return costs. Genuine bespoke requirements and any applicable exceptions are explained before payment. Selecting a standard catalogue colour or size does not automatically make an item bespoke.
