Prices and currency

The store supports GBP (British pound), AUD (Australian dollar), USD (US dollar), and CAD (Canadian dollar). Your selected currency and final order total appear before payment. Check the currency code as well as the amount.

Our Shipping Policy explains who pays import duties, import taxes and customs-clearance charges for each supported destination. Any sales tax, VAT or GST collected by us is displayed as required and forms part of the final checkout amount. Your payment provider may apply its own conversion or cross-border fee.

Payment methods

We offer card payments through Stripe, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay, plus PayPal. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for eligible devices, browsers and wallets. Use the payment methods displayed for your order at checkout. Availability depends on your device, browser, wallet setup, provider, destination and transaction; provider terms and eligibility apply.

Payment is due at checkout. If it is not authorized, choose another available method. We do not request full card details by email.

Order confirmation

After an order is placed, we send an acknowledgement with the order details. Please check those details and contact us promptly about an error. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will explain the available options and issue any refund due under the applicable terms and law. We do not charge a revised price without your agreement.

Refunds and concerns

Refunds return to the original method under our returns policy. Contact us about an incorrect charge so we can investigate. Your payment-provider rights remain available.

Trade orders

Any alternative payment arrangement must be in an individual written quotation identifying Casaluxy Limited, goods, total price and delivery terms. Do not transfer funds based solely on an unsolicited message.

Our website is served over HTTPS. Stripe and PayPal provide the payment methods shown at checkout. These providers process payment information through their services and apply their own security controls.

A payment provider’s certification does not certify every part of the CasaLuxy website. No website, account or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Protect your account

  • Use a strong password that you do not reuse on another website.
  • Check that you are on casaluxy.com before signing in or placing an order.
  • Do not send passwords, full card numbers or one-time payment codes by email or a contact form.
  • Sign out when using a shared device and keep your browser and device software current.

We will not ask for your account password or a one-time payment authorization code in a support message.

Report a concern

Contact info@casaluxy.com if you suspect an account, payment or website-security problem. Give a clear description without exposing another person’s information or including credentials. Do not perform disruptive testing or access another customer’s account.
