Standard options or bespoke? Listed sizes and colours remain standard catalogue options, even when produced after ordering. A bespoke request goes beyond those options and needs an individual review and written specifications.

Preparation, checks & dispatch
Once the order is confirmed, preparation follows the agreed requirements. Goods are checked and packed in China before dispatch through the selected delivery provider.

Before commissioning a piece.
Can every product be customized?
No. Feasibility depends on the design, materials, production process and intended use. We confirm the available changes before issuing a quote. An enquiry is not a guarantee that a requested modification can be made.
Will I receive drawings or samples?
You can request them for the items you are considering. We confirm what is available, any charges and the expected timing before arranging them. They are not automatically included with every enquiry.
How long will a bespoke order take?
The estimate depends on the confirmed specification and destination. We explain handling, transit and the total estimated delivery time before payment. Orders ship from China to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I cancel or return a custom order?
Any lawful exception for genuinely personalized or bespoke goods is disclosed before purchase. Standard catalogue options retain the normal return conditions. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods remain covered by applicable remedies. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy before ordering.
Do you provide installation or an on-site design service?
These services are not included in our standard offer. Check installation requirements with a qualified local professional, particularly for electrical compatibility, ceiling support and safe mounting.
