Who we are

Casaluxy is an online lighting and furniture retailer operated by Casaluxy Limited, registered in Hong Kong. We offer stocked pieces, made-to-order catalogue designs and bespoke options through manufacturing partners in China. Each product or selected variation has its own availability and preparation requirements. Our team assists with product enquiries, order preparation, delivery and after-sales support.

Our aim is simple: to help you make thoughtful choices for your space through clear product information, straightforward policies and helpful customer support.

How we work

Our contracted operating partner, Foshan Shangsa Trading Co., Ltd., coordinates suppliers and business operations in Foshan, China. For products sourced or made for an order, the supplier prepares the goods and sends them to our receiving and inspection location in China. We inspect the goods and prepare the packaging before handing the shipment to the selected delivery provider for international delivery. Products already held in stock are also checked before dispatch.

Casaluxy Limited is your seller and your point of contact for orders, delivery and after-sales support.

Stocked, made-to-order and bespoke products

Our collection includes products held in stock and products manufactured after an order is placed. Availability and preparation requirements depend on the selected item and variation. An available-to-order item is not necessarily held in stock, and a handling estimate is not a stock guarantee.

Made-to-order catalogue products are produced in the configuration offered on the product page. Bespoke requests involve individual requirements beyond the listed options. For a request that needs an individual quotation, we confirm the specifications, final price, preparation and delivery estimate, and applicable cancellation and return terms before you pay.

Lighting, furniture and outdoor seating

Our lighting collection includes chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps and floor lamps. Compare each light’s dimensions, materials, finish and available configuration to find an option suited to your space.

Our furniture collection includes dining tables, coffee tables, side tables, console tables, desks, chairs, cabinets and benches. Explore outdoor seating separately, and check the intended use and care instructions on each product page.

Sizes, colours and finishes vary by product. The selected variation determines your item and price; preparation and delivery estimates are shown before ordering.

Inspected before dispatch

Before dispatch, we check the goods against the order, including the selected model and finish, visible condition, included parts and protective packaging. Our checks help us identify issues before the shipment leaves China. Product pages explain dimensions, materials, available options and intended use so you can choose an item suited to your space.

Preparation and delivery

Products have one of three estimated handling ranges before dispatch: 3–5 business days, 7–10 business days or 25–30 business days for made-to-order products. Handling includes all preparation, transfer from the supplier to our inspection location where applicable, inspection and packaging; the made-to-order range also includes manufacturing.

Estimated air transit after carrier collection is 7–12 business days to the United States, 8–12 business days to the United Kingdom and Australia, and 10–15 business days to Canada. The applicable handling period is added once; manufacturing is already included in made-to-order handling. The selected product or variation and destination determine the total estimate shown before payment. Large furniture, oversized lighting and bespoke orders requiring a different service have their handling, transit and total estimate disclosed before payment.

Standard shipping is free to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. See our Shipping Policy for the 5:00 PM Hong Kong cutoff, business-day rules, applicable import charges and full delivery details. After dispatch, we email tracking details or delivery-arrangement instructions.
