Care starts with the right instructions for your piece.

Care requirements vary by material, finish and construction. Follow the label and care or installation instructions supplied with your item. This general guide does not replace product-specific instructions.

Wood & Furniture

Check the product information for the wood species, finish and intended exposure. Natural wood may change in appearance over time. Use only cleaning and maintenance methods suitable for the documented finish, and follow the supplier’s storage guidance.

An outdoor-use description does not mean that a piece is suitable for every climate or for permanent exposure without maintenance.

Upholstery & Cushions

Check the fabric care label before cleaning. Do not assume that a cover is removable, machine washable, waterproof or UV resistant unless that is stated for your product. Contact us if the care label or instructions are missing.

Lighting

Follow the supplied instructions and use the electrical version, bulbs and drivers specified for your product and destination. Switch off and safely isolate the electrical supply before maintenance. Use an appropriately qualified installer where required.

Do not alter wiring or safety components. Stop using a light if you believe it is damaged or unsafe and contact us for support.

Instructions depend on the item and version supplied. If a care label or installation guide is missing or unclear, contact info@casaluxy.com with your product name and order number before cleaning, assembly or installation. We will help identify the appropriate product information.

Metal, Glass & Woven Details

Where these materials are present, follow the cleaning guidance for the specific finish and construction. Avoid abrasive tools or chemicals unless the product instructions permit them. Do not stand or sit on glass surfaces unless they are designed for that use.

Check woven rope, fixings and joints for damage before use. Stop using furniture with loose or damaged structural parts and contact us for help. Do not assume that a rope, coating or finish is weatherproof unless the product information confirms it.
