Email info@casaluxy.com or call +852 5180 0514 if you have difficulty using the website. Tell us the page, the task and what prevented you from completing it. You do not need to disclose medical information.

We respond within 1 business day during our published support hours and help you access the relevant information or service. Do not send payment credentials by email.

Design and ongoing improvements

Our policy-page design uses a clear heading structure, labelled links, visible keyboard focus, readable colour contrast and responsive layouts. Priorities across the website include keyboard access, useful image descriptions, clear form labels and understandable error messages.

Scope and limitations

This is not a claim of full WCAG certification or an independent audit of every page and checkout step. Payment interfaces, consent controls and other third-party components may behave differently across browsers and assistive technologies.

We welcome reports of barriers and use them to identify needed improvements. Include the page address and, if helpful, your browser or assistive technology so we can investigate.
